However, please be aware that minor variations in measurements — such as outer diameter, height/depth, and weight — may occur due to standard manufacturing tolerances associated with 3D printing. These small deviations are well within accepted industry standards:

• Inner/Outer Diameter Tolerance: Owing to the nature of 3D printing, a tolerance of ±0.2mm is maintained. This allows for natural variations that occur during the printing process and material cooling stages.

• Height/Depth Tolerance: Ranges from ±0.2mm to ±0.5mm. These differences may result from printer resolution, material shrinkage, calibration adjustments, and environmental factors during production.

• Weight Tolerance: ±3% to ±5%. This accounts for slight changes in material density and quantity due to printer calibration and other minor inconsistencies during manufacturing.

How to Measure for the Perfect Fit:

1. Measure the Widest Point of Your Scope:

Use a caliper for the most accurate results, or a ruler if needed. Focus on measuring the external diameter at the scope’s widest point.

2. Match Your Measurement to Our Size Options:

Our scope lens caps are available in sizes from 38mm to 63mm, with precise 0.25mm increments. If your measurement falls near .25, .50, .75, or .00, we suggest rounding up to the next 0.25mm to avoid a tight fit.
