MATERIAL: 3D printed using PLA+, PETG, PLA-CF AND PETG-CF filament. Note that this PLA filament is not a high-temp filament rated for use inside vehicles left in direct sunlight during summer. If you require a higher-temp filament please order the PETG option from the filament section.

DESCRIPTION:

3D PRINTED SILENCER 1/2 UNF. 8 INCH SILENCER FOR .22 AND .177 AIR RIFLES WITH A SCREW ON/OFF BASE AND A FULL BAFFLE AND SOUND DEADING MATERIAL THAT IS USED BY PROFESSIONAL RACING TEAMS. AS WITH ALL 3D PRINTED PARTS FOR AIR RIFLES YOU MUST TAKE CARE WHILE THREADING AND UNTHREADING ONTO THE RIFLE. ALL BAFFLE REGARDLESS OF FILAMENT TYPE ARE PRINTED USING PLA+ WHICH I HAVE FOUND TO BE THE RIGHT FILAMENT FOR THE JOB. I HAVE PRINTED A FEW WITH CARBON FIBRE WHICH IS A REALLY HARD AND ROBUST MATERIAL BUT HAVE FOUND THAT THE SCREW THREAD CAN BE TIGHT AND STICKS MAKING IT HARD TO UNTHREAD, FOR THIS REASON I WOULD RECOMMEND PETG WHICH IS ANOTHER ROBUST MATERIAL AND WORKS WELL BUT PLEASE NOTE IT LOOKS DIFFERENT THAN THE CARBON FIBRE.

This silencer is one of the best silencers available on the market at the moment. We have tested this silencer against many of the leading commercial brands,this silencer is suitable for 4.5mm (.177) and 5.5mm (.22) rifles with a 1/2" UNF thread. This is a very effective silencer, making your rifle much quieter. The silencer is easily strippable for cleaning and 100% manufactured in the UK.
