If you are not satisfied with your product or it broke for any reason, please send an email to hammy3dprints@gmail.com

Refunds and exchanges unrelated to warranty claims are available within a 30 day period after purchase.

Please note: depending on the reason for returning a product or asking for a different item than ordered (such as the incorrect item being ordered, changing your mind within 30 days, or damage to the product due to improper use or installation) - you, the buyer, are responsible for a 15% restocking fee. If the item has already shipped, you are also responsible for return shipping. Feel free to email me with any questions.
